1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the evostoto platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all related policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the evostoto platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and evostoto ("Platform", "we", "us").
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this service, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and that your use complies with the laws of your place of residence. evostoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of violating this age requirement.
Continued use of the evostoto platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Check this page from time to time to stay informed.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of evostoto services, you will need to register a user account. During registration, you are required to:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and valid date of birth.
- Create a strong password and keep it confidential. evostoto will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not sharing your account with any other party. Each user is only permitted to have one active account.
Evostoto reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting valid identification documents before processing any withdrawal. This verification process is part of our commitment to platform security. Information you provide during registration and verification will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As an evostoto user, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all of the following rules:
- Not using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation.
- Not attempt to defraud, falsify transactions or exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the system.
- Not using another person's account or creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Not use the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
- Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia or your country of residence while using the platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and evostoto reserves the right to withold account balances involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity while an investigation is carried out.
4. Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on evostoto are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via recognised local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet and DuitNow. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.
Deposit: Deposits are processed promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. evostoto is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and current terms.
Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed within the specified timeframe upon successful account verification. evostoto reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. The withdrawal method will generally mirror the original deposit method. Withdrawals may only be made to an account verified as belonging to the registered user.
Bonuses and Promotions: Any bonuses or rewards offered are subject to separate bonus terms. evostoto reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Liability Limits
Evostoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or in connection with use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our control.
- Accidental loss of data or information due to system failure.
- Financial losses arising from the outcome of any game or bet.
- Unauthorised account access resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Evostoto's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Evostoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user account in the following situations without providing any compensation:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any related policy.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Accounts that have been inactive for a period specified by the platform.
- Instructions from relevant authorities.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to recover any balance associated with fraudulent activity. Legitimate balances in accounts closed for other reasons will be processed for return in accordance with the platform's prevailing procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the evostoto platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of evostoto or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any such elements without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The evostoto platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers and game providers. evostoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Changes to Terms
Evostoto reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
